10 weeks

Brady is about the cutest boy ever. He chats with us, smiles, coos and even swings his arms to hit his hanging toys. (In his bouncer). He kicks his legs when he is happy and sometimes he kicks so hard he looks likes he's running away.
His typical schedule is this (I'm writing this down to help me too):
8/9 wake up and eat
Play time
9/10 eats again (very hungry because of the night so I give him 4 more ounces)
Naps
12 eats
Plays/wake time
1 eats another ounce or so and then goes to nap
3/3:30 awakes and feeds
Plays/ wake time, cat naps
5/6 eats
7/8 eats
9 goes to bed
11 dream feeds about 2 ounces but we are in the process of stopping this soon
Wakes again at 8
Can you say AMAZING baby :)

Shoulder: still healing but looks great. has full range of motion and strength

8 weeks almost 2 months!

My Baby is almost 2 months old! He is sleeping through the night almost every night (11:30-8am). Amazing!
We traveled to Eugene this weekend and Maddy stayed with grandparents for 3 days. We've been cuddling and snuggling Brady lots! He is just so darn cute. Yesterday he was even swatting and some toys- he is getting more alert and hitting new milestones.

Seven Weeks and 1 day (Chris counts days, so 50 days old)!

Brady Brady Brady...nicknames so far (and some have no reason they just come out): Buddy, Chicken Nugget, Buddy bear, Lil'man, Dude, cutie patootie.

This week flew by, Brady had his first time away from mommy that wasn't with family. Our friend Amber Davis watched him for 3 hours and Nancy Gifford watched him for 2 so I could do parent teacher conferences on Wednesday. (Chris had youth group) Also our neighbor Nancy Goodyear watched Brady for 30 min. when Chris and I were trying to get Maddy to gymnastics and Chris to a dr. Appt.
Needless to say, I missed him so much! Maddy will be ready to go back to Marisol's because she's so social and loves Marisol's but little Brady will be hard to leave! Luckily I have four weeks left, then thanksgiving break and then Grandma Canton up here to watch him.

Updates: his diaper rash is a lot better, yay! Not 100% but maybe 60% better. He sleeps anywhere from 5-8 hours at night. Usually we get him down at 9:30 ish, dream feed at 11, asleep at 11:30/12:00 and then he awakes around 5 or 6 am most morning to feed but goes back down until 9. Perfect! Some days he's done the whole night until 8 am. He coos more and is awake more. He also flips from tummy to back easily (he does not like tummy time).

6 weeker

Brady is 10 pounds 14 oz!! He's had a hard week because of his diaper rash/yeast infection. Poor guy! I'm off milk and soy products now to help him and off of spicy foods too. The doctor said its pretty normal for babies his age and should get better soon. Plus he's on two proscriptions. :(

Besides that he is still an amazing baby. He smiles and coos more. He is also falling into a sleep, eat, wake routine now. He gives us usually 5-6 hours at a time at night. So can't complain there!

5 weeks!

Brady is the bomb.com :)
Average sleeping is 3.5-8 hours at a time. His little eyes are open more now and he is becoming more and more alert. He doesn't enjoy Tummy time and has even rolled over twice! Crazy! He is super cute, and still so calm and and happy.
This week Grandma, Grandpa Canton and Aunt Leslie came up and visited. We went to a pumpkin patch. Maddy had a blast and Brady slept the entire time in the wrap.

4 weeks!

-Sleeps about 4-7 hours at a time. Usually falls asleep around 11-11:30 and wakes up once a night. We've had an 8 hour sleep night, that was crazy!!
-is alert more but still sleeps
-consistently naps when Maddy naps in the afternoon. Yay!
-eating more and burping more. Even spit up sometimes yucky!
-pretty good with the bottle too!

Brady met my class for the first time this week. He loves being in the baby carrier or baby wrap. He instantly falls asleep. He also falls asleep in the carseat too. He is wearing size 3month is some onesies. Getting bigger and longer!
